Q: Can you come to my work location?
We are able to service you at your work location only if there is a water and power source readily available nearby. We know it’s inconvenient but due to the limitation of our setup, we can’t provide our detailing services to you in those circumstances unfortunately.
Q: Why is the price so high for a detail?
Our pricing is high because we are focused more on the quality of the detail and we pay more attention to the areas we’re cleaning.
If you go with a cheaper detailer, their work may not meet your satisfactions and you’ll end up hiring yet another detailer and pay more money so it’s better to hire the right person the first time. Take a look at our gallery to view some of our work
Q: How long does a detail take?
The duration of the detail is based on the size of the car, the condition and what services you get. Typically, our details should not take longer than 6 hours but on the rare occasion we need more time, we’ll let you know immediately so we don’t get in the way of your schedule too much.
Q: Can I add extra services if I need to?
Of course. You can request to add certain services to your detail but we ask that you try your best to let us know before we start so we can clean your car as quickly as possible without wasting time.
If you decide to add one or more services, please be aware that pricing will go up based on the extra services you request and how bad of a condition the requested area is in.
