Premium Exterior Detail FAQs
Q; Can you do this service at my location?
A: Of course we can! Currently, we can only operate at your location if there is a nearby power and water source. Other than that, we can most definitely get the job done.
Q: What does the ceramic sealant do?
A: The ceramic sealant’s job is to act as a thin, hydrophobic layer on every surface of your vehicle. That includes the paint, wheels, glass and more. While it is temporary, it can repel water and dirt so your car can stay cleaner for longer.
Q: How long does it take?
A: For the average car that isn’t too dirty, it can take between 3-5 hours to complete the detail. It could take longer depending on the size and condition of the vehicle. If it does take longer than expected, we will communicate that to you.
Q: Can you decontaminate the paint with this service?
A: Currently, we don’t decontaminate the paint with this service because of limitations. However, it is something we will add to this service in the future!
Q: Does the agitation scratch my paint?
A: The agitation of the grill and emblems should not scratch the paint with our method. A very soft bristle brush is used so we can get into the small, hard-to-reach areas and so we can be sure all of the dirt and grime is removed.
